How do you connect with your customers?

Local restaurants/bars can post specials and coupons all day and they are almost guaranteed to get likes (as long as the food is goodJ). For other industries, such as garage door repair companies, it gets more difficult to get people to care that you have a Facebook page.

Word of mouth marketing is extremely effective, especially when taken online. If you can ask your customer to write a review or like your Facebook page immediately after the job is done, then their friends will be notified that they liked your page. Even if their friends don’t immediately like the page too, they might remember your name the next time their garage door breaks down.
